Killing and Rape of two Children and Accusation of Police Failure in Delhi 1978

Two children have been abducted in Delhi. While only the girl was raped, both the boy and the girl have been killed. It is assumed that the police did not act accurately and that the killing of the children could have been avoided, if the police officers would have acted immediately and faster.
