Delhi Court Case 2011: Rape of six-year old; Judge recommends Castration

State Vs. Nandan (Judgement – chemical castration) 2011 Court Case in Delhi against Nandan, who raped and threatened a six-year old girl. The Judge sentenced several prison terms inclusing rigrous life imprisonment. Furthermore, he suggested a new law, which allows castration in cases like this.
